Meet The Team

Al Furmankiewicz

CPA, Managing Partner

Alan brings over 30 years of accounting experience and expertise to his select client base. As a former IRS Agent and team leader for 15 years, Alan's role led audits and handled complex corporate tax issues. Alan is a 1983 graduate of Valparaiso University with a BS in Business Administration, with a major in Accounting.

Cara Koster

Administrative Assistant

Cara also the voice of Furmankiewicz & Associates, answering, managing, and messaging the company phone system. She also assists in finalizing the assembly, copying, and recording of finished tax returns.

Lori A. Furmankiewicz

Office Manager

Lori’s primarily manages the day-to-day operations of the office. She keeps the staff supplied, and is responsible for taking care of Furmankiewicz & Associates own accounting & bookkeeping needs. She also provides additional administrative assistance during peak time periods. Lori received an Associates Degree from Sawyer College of Business in 1984.
